Maintenance and care of the tunnel battery powered locomotives (1) Travel reducer box built hyperbolic gear oil (22 oil in winter; summer 28 oil) six months to replace a new oil. (2) one month to be checked once the bearing cap and drain block at the oil leakage and oil leakage phenomenon; if there is oil leakage at both seals need to replace the oil seal. (3) To replace the oil seal (2), first loosen the coupling flange bolts; then remove the coupling flange and replace the oil seal (2), and then re-install them in sequence on the tunnel battery locomotives. (4) Seal (3) replacement. Open the bearing cap and housing connection bolts, remove the bearing cap and speed sensor, replace the oil seal (3) and re-install.
